Violist

Catherine is a violist currently in her final year at the Royal Academy of Music, where she studies under a full scholarship. Known for her expressive artistry, Catherine has captivated audiences with her performances, showcasing a deep emotional connection to the music.

Catherine began her musical education at a young age at the Purcell School of Music, where she studied under Sarah-Jane Bradley. She is now continuing her studies at the Royal Academy of Music with Martin Outram

Throughout her studies, Catherine has had the privilege of performing in renowned venues such as the Royal Festival hall, the Barbican center, the Royal Albert hall and collaborating with respected orchestras and chamber ensembles like the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the Armenian Symphony Orchestra. Her repertoire spans from baroque to contemporary works, and she is known for her versatility and ability to bring a unique voice to each performance.

In addition to her performance achievements, Catherine is deeply committed to expanding the viola repertoire and has recently performed works that are not widely known or frequently programmed. She is also passionate about mentoring young musicians and regularly participates in coachings and teaching. 

As Catherine approaches the end of her studies at the Royal Academy of Music, she looks forward to continuing her postgraduate studies there, furthering her commitment to a career as a professional violist.
